An Alaska multi-member LLC operating agreement is a document that records the ownership while establishing the rules of a company. The agreement is not filed with the Secretary of State but should be kept by each company member (owner).

In addition to detailing the company’s ownership, the agreement should include:

• The rights of each member;
• Names of each officer;
• Management (member or manager-managed);
• Principal office address;
• Registered agent, and
