Alabama Multi Member LLC Operating Agreement

The Alabama multi-member operating agreement is mainly intended for an LLC with more than one (1) owner, known as a member, in order to create a contract that states the main functions and ownership details. Under the revised act in 2014 (View in Adobe PDF), it does not require that an agreement is necessary for all LLC’s but that anything written, oral, or implied, along with any amendments will be considered legally binding.
