The Louisiana single member LLC operating agreement is How to Write Step 1 –

Louisiana operating agreement, as defined in Statute 22-1301(16) allows for the Member(s) of an LLC to protect themselves through writing down the ownership interest, management, duties, and everyday activities of the business. The form is not required under State Law.

How to Create an LLC in Louisiana (According to Statute 12:1304)

Before the process may begin, the applicant should identify the name they would like the company to be under. To make sure the name selected does not coincide with another located in the Secretary of State’s Business Database.

Step 1 – An applicant has the option of filing online or through the following paper applications:

Domestic Articles of Organization (Form 365)
Low-Profit Articles of Organization (Form 1L3)
Application for Foreign Limited Liability Company (Form 972)

Step 2 – If filing online, the applicant will be required to pay the appropriate fee at the end of their session. If filing through the standard mail, the applicant will need to make a check payable to the Louisiana Secretary of State for the following amount:

Domestic Articles of Organization – $100
Low-Profit Articles of Organization – $100
Application for Foreign Limited Liability Company – $150

*Optional – If the company will be facilitating financial transactions such as using a bank account in the entity’s name, the Employer Identification Number must be applied for. This may be done for free at the IRS Website.
