An Alabama multi-member operating agreement is mainly intended for an LLC with more than one (1) owner, known as a member, in order to create a contract that states the main functions and ownership details. Under § 10A-5A-1.02(k), the State does not require that an agreement is necessary for all LLCs but that anything written, oral, or implied, along with any amendments will be considered legally binding.
