A single member operating agreement is for a sole owner of an LLC that is registered in the State of Delaware. According to State law, this form is required to be written by every company that is formed at the Secretary of State.

How to Write
The owner will want to make sure that the agreement is signed in the presence of a notary public in order to ensure it’s legal authenticity. The form will ask for the following details to be inputted into the form:
- Name of Sole Owner
- Incorporation Information
- Business Purpose
- Principal Place of Business
- Registered Agent Name and Office Address
- Management – Initial Member(s) (if any)
- Officer(s)
- Distributions
- Applicable Law(s)
