Idaho Single-Member LLC Operating Agreement

An Idaho single-member LLC operating agreement is used to formalize the ownership, management, and procedures of a limited liability company owned by a sole individual. Without its own operating agreement, the company’s internal rules and operations would be subject to the default state laws governing LLCs. In addition, the document provides another layer of protection for the owner’s personal liabilities and assets from the company’s obligations in case of debt, bankruptcy, or litigation. Once completed, it is highly recommended that the document is timestamped and acknowledged by a notary public to prove its authenticity.
