Louisiana LLC Operating Agreements (2)

A Louisiana LLC operating agreement is a legal document that establishes and outlines the ownership structure, policies, and procedures of a limited liability company (LLC) in Louisiana. The agreement, while not required by state law, can prevent disputes and protect owners’ assets from any claims made against the company. Every member should keep a copy of the agreement on file.
