An Alaska single-member LLC operating agreement allows a company’s sole owner to help establish a shield between themselves and their entity. An operating agreement is the only document that records the owner of an LLC; therefore, the owner’s authorization helps to prove its ownership.
It is recommended to sign with a timestamp, either electronically or notarized, to prove when the agreement was authorized.
